The Process

If you have decided to commission a portrait, I first want to THANK YOU and say how much I look forward to being your personal artist! You will want to contact me soon and share photos that I will be using to create your special portrait. Photos may be emailed to LB@personalartist.com, or sent "snail mail."
We will discuss the composition before I begin. You will have opportunities to see digital proofs of the progress and request edits, so the completed portrait will certainly match your vision!
Portraits are shipped everywhere in the U.S. as well as many other countries around the globe.

Please contact Laurie for a quote. Additional fees apply as more faces or details are added, such as hands, clothing detail, background elements, etc. Bridal portraits typically require special attention to details in the dress and flowers... these extras take more time, of course.
